For over a decade I've sat with women in some of the tenderest seasons of their lives — grief, anxiety, motherhood, midlife, the slow work of rediscovering who they are. My practice is built on warmth, confidentiality and a deep respect for your story.

- 10+ years in professional practice
- Trauma-informed therapeutic training
- Ongoing clinical supervision and CPD
My approach
Person-centred at its heart, integrating somatic awareness, mindfulness and the rhythms of the natural world. I believe healing happens in relationship — through being heard, without judgement, by someone who holds steady with you.
